Welcome to Lumi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our games, and all services we provide at Lumi Casino. We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and address at any time, including through cumulative deposits of €2,000, before processing withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Pending times before your cashout is approved are generally 1-2 days; under our MGA licence the minimum is 24-48 hours, and under our UKGC licence the minimum is 24 hours, subject to completed verification checks. Once approved, funds typically reach your account within 0-72 hours, and usually within 0-24 hours, depending on your bank and payment method, though processing may take up to three working days in some cases.

Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, and deposit-based free spin winnings are capped at $20. Standard wagering requirements are 40x the combined value of bonus money, deposit, and free spins, and not every game contributes equally toward this requirement - slots and scratchcards generally contribute 100%, while table games, video poker, and progressive jackpots contribute 0%. The maximum bet permitted while a welcome bonus is active is $5; wagering above this limit may result in confiscation of winnings. Deposits made via Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for this offer. Unused bonus funds expire after 30 days, and unused free spins expire after 10 days.

Our sports welcome offer provides a 100% match bonus up to $50 on a first deposit of at least $20, subject to opt-in and minimum odds of 2.00. This offer is not available to residents of Great Britain and requires wagering at 5x the value of bonus funds and cash deposit within 30 days.
